Jessica Simpson ate cheesecake before naked photo shoot

Jessica Simpsons nude pregnancy magazine cover is stunning, and she reveals that she wasnt too concerned about eating healthy foods that would make her look better.

OMG Yahoo reported the fashion designer dug into some cheesecake before the photo shoot.

In a phone interview with USA Today, Simpson also said she wasnt nervous at all to expose herself to millions on the cover of Elle.

"Normally, I'm so shy," she said. "I'm not the person you see photographed in a bikini on a beach. For some reason, being pregnant, it's so easy for me. I feel so comfortable in my skin.It's just really a celebratory moment for me. I'm glad people are reacting positively [to the cover]."

The 31-year-old added that shes also not afraid of giving birth, even though her doctor said her future baby girl with former NFL player Eric Johnson could weight in at 10 pounds.

"I figure if all these women all around the world can do it, I can do it," she said. "[The baby] is in the 90th percentile of weight right now, so she's a big un. She's going to be a very big baby, but I guess that's what I get for letting a baller knock me up.

And if she needs a little time to herself, shes always got her 3-year-old nephew, Bronx. Simpson said sister Ashlees son talks to his cousin all the time and has even saved his old toys for her.

"It really makes your heart melt," she said. "Yesterday, he said he was going to teach her how to crawl and then how to walk. 'OK, you can do that, Bronx.' It's so cute."

That is so adorable.
