Report: Jessica Simpson's daughter Maxwell Drew Johnson already a daddy's girl

Jessica Simpson has finally given birth to her first child, daughter Maxwell Drew Johnson.

So how is the Fashion Star judges fianc, Eric Johnson, adjusting to fatherhood? According to reports, hes amazing with the newborn.

"Eric is amazing. He is involved with every single thing, and Maxwell adores him," a source told People. "Whenever she cries, he picks her up and holds her in his arms, and she immediately stops crying. It's the cutest thing."

Before Simpson got engaged to Johnson, she was asked if he was the one, and she told People, I never go to that because I already went there, so, I'm not gonna jinx my own self. He's the one for me right now! I'm very happy, I'm in a great place and if right now could last forever, I'd take it."

She continued to gush, This is just normal, thank God. He's very, very supportive. [I] couldn't ask for a better man in my life right now."

Johnson played football at Yale University and was eventually signed on to NFL teams San Francisco 49ers and the New Orleans Saints.

According to Twirlit, Simpson is working on maternity line to add to her Jessica Simpson fashion empire, which already includes clothes, shoes, bags jewelry and more.
