Jessica Simpson: 'Motherhood by far the best thing I've experienced'

Jessica Simpson has revealed that she is enjoying being a mother.

Simpson and her fianc Eric Johnson welcomed their first child, a daughter called Maxwell Drew, earlier this month.

Simpson has now posted on her Twitter page that she loves being a parent.

"I am so in love with baby Maxwell," she wrote. "I want to cry every time I look at her."

Simpson added: "Motherhood is by far the best thing I've ever experienced."

The Fashion Star mentor's sister Ashlee Simpson has previously said that she "couldn't be more excited" and is "in love with Maxwell already".
