Jessica Simpson of NBCs Fashion Star revealed last month that she is expecting baby number two, but will she ever get married?Recently, Simpson dished on being pregnant again so soon, why she hasnt tied the knot yet, and her new upcoming sitcom.
Jessica Simpson sure has a lot going on in her life right now, but the Fashion Star guru recently took some time out of her hectic life to chat with Jay Leno, on The Tonight Show. Simpson opened up about getting pregnant again so quickly, saying it: was a pa! rt of Gods plan for my life.
Gods plan or not, Simpson went on to add: I was extremely shocked, because I was going through a lot of hormonal changes, trying to get back to the old, vibrant Jessica. You know, it was kind of like a one-night stand. And it happened, all over again!
And pregnancy seems to be the reason why Jessica has not tied the knot yet with her fiance, Eric Johnson. Weve had two different wedding dates, but he keeps knocking me up. Were doing it very backwards, I know Ill just keep my legs crossed, I guess, this time, Simpson joked on the show.
But babies and marriage are not all that is on Jessica Simpsons plate these days. The blonde beauty is also getting her very own sitcom on NBC, which is yet to be titled. Simpson told Leno about the sitcom, explaining that it is loosely about her life: And how that girl deals with that and everything else. I will be playing myself, which is pretty easy.
