Jessica Simpson and Other Celebs Expecting Babies in 2013

On Christmas Day, Jessica Simpson tweeted a picture of her daughter Maxwell sitting in the sand with "Big Sis" written in front of her, thus confirming the rumors that Jessica was already expecting baby number two.

But the "Fashion Star" judge isn't the only celebrity mom expecting a baby in 2013. Here's a look at five other celebrities waiting to greet bundles of joy of their own in the coming year.

Kim Kardashian

Boyfriend Kanye West spilled the beans during a concert in Atlantic City, that he and Kim are expecting a baby together in 2013. Kim revealed that she is about three months along and we can expect baby "Kimye" to arrive this summer.

Kate Middleton

After news of her pregnancy broke following a brief hospitalization for hyperemesis gravidum, and the controversy over a prank gone bad resulting in the apparent suicide of one of the nurses at the hospital where she was treated, Kate has been the picture of health. She made several public appearances during the holidays, and seems to have recovered from the early scare. When can we expect the new Royal addition? Nobody really knows, but it looks like it will probably be this summer.

Shakira

The pop star announced she was expecting back in September with boyfriend, soccer star Gerard Piqu. After a Christmas prank from Piqu -- he announced the birth of their baby boy on Twitter -- for the Spanish version of April Fools Day when he announced the birth of their baby boy had fans buzzing all over social media. People familiar with the holiday were suspect of the timing, while American fans expressed their concern for Shakira having the baby so soon after the announcement. All is well though, as Gerard took to Twitter to let everyone in on the joke.

Jenna Dewan-Tatum

Wife of the "Sexiest Man Alive" Channing Tatum, Jenna recently took to the beach in a baby bump revealing bikini while vacationing in St. Barts over the holiday. The couple announced their happy news earlier in December soon after Channing was given the annual People magazine honor.

Busy Phillips

Like Jenna Dewan-Tatum, "Cougar Town" star Phillips made her pregnancy announcement in early December. The actress is now expecting her second child, and chose to be unique when making the big announcement, by taking to Twitter and tweeting a picture of a positive pregnancy test with the message, "So this happened..."

So along with Jessica Simpson's second baby, it looks like a lot of stars will celebrate their own arrivals in 2013. Which celeb baby do you think will have the most interesting name?
