Jessica Simpson's Dad Denies Gay Rumours

Joe Simpson has denied reports that he is gay, branding them absurd.

Doubts over Joes sexuality came after a young model claimed to have had an affair with the father of teen pop star Jessica Simpson, for over a year.

According to US website Radar Online the young model Bryce Chandler Hill, 21, has been telling friends about his romance with Joe, 54, for some time now.

Mr Simpson, who was also outed by US Magazine National Enquirer, is according to sources, known among the gay community and this has not come as a surprise.

Meanwhile Joe, who is father to pop star daughters Ashlee and Jessica Simpson, has told colleagues that these reports are untrue and finds the claims ridiculous.

Jessica Simpson is apparently blindsided by the allegations that her father is gay. According to friends close to the star, the singer, 32, Jessica had no clue that her father was gay not even the slightest inkling.
