Jessica Simpson hasn't planned her wedding yet

Jessica Simpson has big dreams for her wedding day, but admits she hasn't planned it yet.

The 32-year-old has been engaged to former football player Eric Johnson for two years. Since becoming parents earlier this year to daughter Maxwell Drew Johnson, wedding plans were put on hold. Maxwell is now 4 months old, but Jessica hasn't gone back to planning her big day. Simpson, though, has a few plans for her second trip down the aisle.

"I know it's going to be a perfect wedding, and . . . I mean, I say that, and it could not be . . . we really haven't planned it," she said in an interview with iVillage, according to Us Weekly. "But I see it being definitely a destination thing and everyone celebrating and being able to dress up and having all of my bridesmaids looking beautiful in whatever designer they want to wear."

For now, Simpson is more focused on raising Maxwell. She plans on raising her daughter the same way she was raised.

"I'm going to let Maxwell do what she wants to do," Simpson said. "I mean, I'm definitely going to parent her the way my parents parented me . . . [but] when I was young, I was like, 'This is what I want to do,' and they supported me, and I was doing it by the time I was fourteen years old. I think it's important to encourage from a young age that whatever you're passionate about -- go for it!"
