Jessica Simpson is reportedly taking legal action against Star magazine for reporting that her fianc Eric Johnson had cheated on her.
The magazine accused the former NFL star of cheating on Simpson with his ex-wife Keri Johnson.
Sources are telling Star that Johnson was sleeping with his ex-wife and Simpson at the same time at the beginning of his relationship with his now-fiance.
When Simpson first met Johnson, he was with Keri at a Los Angeles party and she knew that he was still married at the time. Johnson and Keri then went on a break from their marriage hoping it would ultimately make their marriage stronger, said a source. But he then got together with Simpson and the rest is history.
Hes a two-timing cheat! said a source. He was still having sex with Keri after he started seeing Jessica. She needs to think twice before marrying him. Hes already cheated on her once hell most likely do it again.
A source told The Huffington Post that Simpson is considering legal action against these lies.
The whole thing is ridiculous," a source close to Simpson said. "Eric is the most devoted fianc and father. There is not an ounce of truth to this. We will be serving them with a legal notice today. We weren't even consulted for a possible comment.
