As new mom Jessica Simpson is nesting with fiance Eric Johnson and their daughter Maxwell, her parents are selling their home amid rumors they may be heading for a split.
Joe and Tina Simpson have listed their storybook English country mansion in the Los Angeles suburb of Encino on the market for $4.3 million, reported Trulia Luxe Living.

The 6 bedroom, 7 bathroom house spans 6,895 square feet of opulent real estate and was the location for youngest daughter Ashlee's Alice In Wonderland theme wedding to Pete Wentz in 2008, which has since sadly ended in divorce.
The estate is located in the gated community of the Colony and sits on more than 1.5 acres and is the epitome of resort style living, with a copper turret entry, sprawling grass lawns, and sparkling fountains.

Inside, the house features a family room with a beamed ceiling, stone fireplace, wet bar and wall of french doors, while the spiral staircase leads up to the master suite containing a fireplace, duel walk-in closets and stunning bathroom.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Joe was arrested on suspicion of DUI on nearby Ventura Boulevard in August, so perhaps a change of scenery is just what he needs.
