Jessica Simpson, who's rumored to be pregnant with her second child, was out shopping with a pal Monday at Saks Fifth Avenue. The 31-year-old was with BFF and former assistant Cacee Cobb.

The gals were spotted in the shoe department, where Simpson appeared to be trying on some sexy heels. Cobb tried on shoes as well and both gals seemed to be enjoying their holiday shopping.

Simpson was wearing all black and a loose blouse while browsing, so any hopes of spotting a baby bump were pretty much dashed. Plus, she carried ! her shopping bag in front of her on their way out. Rumors of the pregnancy went rampant a few weeks back and so far the blonde has not confirmed or denied the reports that she's expecting just months after welcoming daughter Maxwell.

Perhaps she'll make a Christmas announcement!
