Jessica Simpson Wants To Buy Ozzy Osbourne's Home

New mum Jessica Simpson is hoping to turn rocker Ozzy Osbourne's California mansion into her new home after making a $13 million (8.13 million) offer on the property.

The singer gave birth to daughter Maxwell in May (12), but reports suggest she is already expecting her second child - and now she's looking to settle into a bigger place to accommodate her expanding brood with fiance Eric Johnson.

According to Life & Style magazine, Simpson has fallen in love with Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne's Hidden Hills house, which boasts six bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, a pool and a recording studio.

A source tells the publication, "Jessica wants a new place, a sort of fresh start. When Eric moved into Jessica's house, it was always with the understanding that they would get a new place together... So they want a new house they can decorate together - a place they can call their own."

Simpson and Johnson, who became engaged in 2010, currently reside in her Beverly Hills home.
