"To everyone who keeps congratulating me on the birth of my baby girl...I'm still pregnant!!" the mom-to-be Tweeted on Saturday. "Don't believe what you read ladies and gents."

While Jess' bundle of joy has yet to make her grand arrival, the big day can't come soon enough for the 31-year-old fashion mogul, who has been forced to forgo a major staple of her everyday style.
"I can't wait for the day I can walk in heels again!" Jessica Tweeted on earlier this week. "My feet feel homesick!"

The bubbly "Fashion Star" mentor will presumably begin planning her wedding to fiance Eric Johnson following the impending birth of their first child, as Jessica has said she doesn't want her baby bump to interfere with her wedding dress.
"I want him to be my husband so bad," she told Jay Leno in an appearance on "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno" in March. "I do still want to wear the pretty gown, so I have to wait."
