Why is Pregnant Jessica Simpson Going on 'Biggest Loser'?

Well, it's not what you think: expectant mom Jessica Simpson will be promoting her fashion lines, not shedding pregnancy pounds. Whew!

Simpson, who will welcome her first child in just a few months, will take one lucky Biggest Loser challenge winner on a shopping spree in her own personal showroom on the March 13 episode. The winner will be allowed to bring one fellow contestant to pick out anything from the star's clothing, handbag, and skincare lines. Score!

"I was so happy when I was asked to help style two contestants from The Biggest Loser," Simpson said in an interview (via People.com). "I am truly inspired by how hard these contestants worked to accomplish their goals for a healthy lifestyle."

She added: "It was so much fun seeing the [contestants] try on clothes they would have never fit into before and feeling sexy. We had an amazing day together!"

And, it'll be a double dose of th! e future Mrs. Eric Johnson on TV that night. The premiere of the blonde's new competition show, Fashion Star, will air immediately following the weight loss program.
