Eric Johnson held 9-month-old Maxwell close as the two enjoyed some major father-daughter bonding time while out running some errands in LA on Feb. 21 and from the looks of it, Eric couldnt have been happier!

Maxwell Drew Johnson was rockin some fierce cheetah print leggings and some cute moccasins (clearly getting her style from mom Jessica Simpson, 32) while joining dad Eric Johnson for a day out in LA. Eric kept his look casual and cool, but his smile totally gave him away hes a total softie!

Under all his scruff, Eric shared a sweet smile during his day out with Maxwell obviously enjoying the time he gets to spend with just his daughter. Also sporting some black sunglasses, he matches his daughters cute black bow that she was wearing in her hair. How cute!

With Jessica pregnant again (this time a boy!), Eric is getting as much one-on-one time with Maxwell before the newborn joins t! hem. With! wedding plans being made and baby names being tossed around, a day out in the city with with hisbaby girlis exactly what he needed!

When Eric isnt treating his daughter to a nice day out, he is spending time with his other girl fiance Jessica! The two just spent a lovely Valentines Day together and looked like the perfect pair. Jessica wore a tight black shirt excitedly showing off her growing baby bump! About to be parents of two, Jessica and Eric couldnt be happier!
