Bring your daughter to work day! Jessica shared a candid! moment with her daughter Maxwell backstage on set of her hit show Fashion Star. The adorable baby girl visited her mom while she was in the hair and makeup chair!

Jessica Simpson, 32, is back to work on the set of her hit NBC showFashion Star,but she is still in full-on mommy mode backstage! The proud mom, who is pregnant with her second child, showed off her baby girl while getting her har and makeup done before taping.

Isnt she cute? Jessica says, in a candid video posted to her website JessicaSimpson.com. The video shows backstage footage from the March 15 episode of Fashion Star, and Jessica getting ready for the shows big return to TV.Shes my little munchkin, the doting mom adds.

Jessica Simpson Reveals Shes Having A Boy

Even though Jessica returned to work after welcoming Maxwell, shes already got another bun in the oven and this time, its a boy! The fashion designer and singer accidentally let it slip onJimmy Kimmel Livethat she was pregnant with a boy.

The crazy thing is I never knew a wiener could make me nauseous, Jessica said on the late nigh talk show. When she realized what she had let slip, she said oh shhhh, I guess I just told the world that Im having a boy!

Jimmy laughed off the slip-up and congratulated her, and Jessica responded, Thank you, Im sweating now!
